Absolutely,Yes. When approached consistently and with the right mindset. Business networking is a long term strategy, not a quick win. T&V Connections provides a lightly structured yet supportive environment where members who engage regularly see real value from relationships built on trust and mutual support. We only charge £15 per year to cover expenditure so it's your time we look for, not your hard earned pennies.

T&V Connections is relationship-led, supportive, and inclusive. We focus on collaboration rather than competition, creating a welcoming space where members feel comfortable building genuine connections. Our meetings are lightly structured but relaxed. At T&V we like to have abit of fun so the formal feel along with your suits can be left at home.T&V is run by group members too so we want things to go well. 

Q5. Do I need to be confident or sales focused to join?

No. You don’t need to be a confident speaker or enjoy sales to succeed at T&V Connections. Our networking approach is about being authentic, listening, and building rapport. Many members join feeling nervous, and gain confidence naturally through our supportive and friendly environment. We do not make anyone present, that would be your choice. No standing up required. Tell us as much as you are comfortable with. Every business is different and we do not operate on a lockout system. There is no pressure to refer. Spread the word and promote each other when you feel ready to do so.
